A message dated May 1 was read stating the Senate passed CSHB
(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for                                                                 
consideration:                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 31(STA)                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to law enforcement training in domestic violence                                                           
    and sexual assault; relating to sexual assault investigation                                                                
    protocols; requiring an inventory and reports on untested sexual                                                            
    assault examination kits; and providing for an effective date."
